Familiar reunion

Who: Foreigner citizens who reside in the municipal land and have an indefinite leave to remain or a leave to stay may apply for family reunion with: - not separated wife or husband;- dependant under age sons; - dependant parents;- close relatives; - Italian minor; - a person inable to work.

Relative living abroad shall deliver to the Italian Embassis or Consulate a documentary evidence showing the degree of relationship, nuptial tie, minority, dependant condition, inability to work, status of italian minor's parent and the authorization (or the receipt) issued by italian Police Headquarters (it shall be requested by the relative living in Italy).  

Documents: - Copy of the permit to stay or stay card; - copy of the passport; - copy of the fiscal code; - revenue stamp;   - copy of the employment card; - copy income tax return; - work agreement and employer's declaration; - copy of last three pay pockets; - documentary evidence about cohabitant relatives's incomes; - copy of lease or house property act to show the avaibility of a dwelling; - certificate issued by the municipal technical office stating the house suitability or the certificate of hygienic and sanitary fitness issued by the local health administration (ASL 5); - certificate of domicile and family status  (or self-certification).
Refugees shall not present incomes and house requirements.
