Documents
The demand for the legal aid shall be written. In case of presentation by
the defence counsel it may be oral.
The application shall enclose the following documents:
- indication of the trial;
- personal details;
- fiscal code;
- demonstration to have an income lower than the minimum established by law;
- certification about the family status;
- copy
of the relatives' declaration of incomes.
