Appeal against expulsion

The following categories may be expelled: foreigners without the leave to enter in Italy, foreigners who live here without a permit of stay, foreigners bearing a repealed permit or a expired permit that has not been renewed within 60 days. The application for appeals, to be delivered to the competent magistrate, shall be made within 5 days since the communication of expulsion or within 30 days if the foreign shall be escorted to the frontier.
