Agreed and transitory rent

According to the Territorial agreement about agreed and transitory renting contract in Pisa it is possible to draw up the following renting contracts.

AGREED RENTS:
The renting fee can be in a gap fixed by quality parameters of the flat.
Length: 3 years renawable for other 2 years
TRANSITORY RENTS:
Length: from 1 to 18 months in accordance with the requirements connected to certain events of the owner and/or the tenant (for instance: wedding, retirement, transfer for job or something like these...)
